Your plan

Your proposal or order explains the services in your plan, any add ons, and the price. Work outside that scope is discussed and approved before it is billed.

Billing and renewal

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on the monthly or annual schedule shown at checkout. The Website plan has a 12 month initial agreement and then becomes month to month. Managed and Visibility are month to month when billed monthly; their annual options renew yearly. For any plan, please give us 30 days' written notice before service ends.

Your content and approvals

You are responsible for providing accurate business information and confirming that you have permission to use the words, logos, and images you give us. Timely feedback helps us keep the project moving.

Ownership

Your business owns its domain. If you leave, we provide your website files after any outstanding balance is paid. We ask for 30 days notice so the handoff can be handled carefully.

Third-party services

We reconnect established standard website tools, such as booking, payment, review, and form tools, as part of normal website service. If a new third-party account is needed, you create and own it; its provider fees and terms remain separate. Data migration, custom workflows, ecommerce configuration, and complete third-party-system setup are outside normal website service and are scoped and approved separately before work begins.
