Your plan

Your proposal or order explains the services included in your plan, any add-ons, and the price. Work outside that scope will be discussed and approved before it is billed.

Your content and approvals

You are responsible for providing accurate business information and confirming that you have permission to use the words, logos, and images you give us. Timely feedback helps us keep the project moving.

Ownership

Your business owns its domain. If you leave, we will provide your website files after any outstanding balance is paid. We ask for 30 days' notice so the handoff does not become a small digital fire drill.

Third-party services

Email providers, domain registrars, booking systems, and other third-party tools may have separate fees and terms. We will make those costs clear when they apply.
