  1. Create a folderIn Google Drive, choose New → New folder. Name it “Your Business — Website Files.”
  2. Add your filesOpen the folder, choose New → File upload, or drag your logo, photos, and documents into it.
  3. Give us accessRight-click the folder and choose Share. Add [email protected], select Viewer, then click Send or Share to confirm. You can keep General access set to Restricted.
  4. Copy the linkChoose Copy link, then paste the complete folder link in the box below.

Only include files we may use for your website. Do not add passwords, payment information, private customer records, or confidential employee documents.

If your organization blocks sharing outside your company, leave the link blank and mention it in your notes. We'll arrange another way to receive the files.
